5) Learn to deny

6) Grouping tasks

7) Pre-plan your tasks

Let’s see how these tricks and tips could help you.

1) Be an early riser

The first tip is to get up early in the morning. It would result in more time to do different tasks. For example, if you woke up at 7:30 am then try to wake at 7’O’ Clock. It would result in an extra half hour in the morning. By utilizing this half-hour you would be able to manage your tasks more comfortably than your normal routine. Change your routine

2) Change your routine

It is clear that whoever is reading this article is having issues in managing time. So it simply means that you should have to change your routine. The best way to manage your time is to change your routine. Try a different routine for yourself. For example, if you take your breakfast at 8:30 am, try to take it at 8:00 am. So you can have some extra time to do other tasks

3) Set time limits

The next way is to set time limits. The single thing you have to do is to set a time for your task depending upon its importance and length. After that put all your efforts and focus to finish the within the time limit. This could help you a lot if you stick to your limits.

4) Don’t want to be perfect

You may that that it’s really cool to be a perfect man. But this is not the fact. You are a human just like others so don’t try to be perfect. Work only on those tasks which match your field. Try your best and leave it after finishing it. Don’t be so worried about productivity or results. The only thing you could do is to put in your efforts. So don’t repeat the same task to raise productivity. It’s not going to change.

5) Learn to deny

You may think that it’s not a good idea to deny others. But you should have to learn this to manage your time more effectively. Just think, you are not a Superman. You are not here to help everyone. If you do so you would fail to manage your time. I am not asking you to deny every time. But when you are busy, don’t let anyone disturb you. If you are free and have spare time you can help someone.

6) Grouping your tasks

The most important thing to manage your time is the grouping of your tasks. The question is how to group tasks? Simply make some categories and work according to the scientific classification system. Place tasks having similarities into their relative category. This helps you a lot in managing time. You could effectively do one category in less time. Similar tasks can be completed more easily and effectively. Similarly, you can also group them according to their difficulty level. Solve difficult tasks at the start as you are more focused and fresh at the start.

7) Pre-plan your tasks

The last tip is pre-planning your tasks. After finishing your work at the office takes the last 15 or 20 minutes to arrange your office. Put your things in their place and make a list of tasks you have to do the next day. Doing so, the next day you just have to come office and start your work. You don’t have to put your mind to think where to start as you already have a list to perform work.

Conclusion

It’s clear from the above discussion that all of us have the same time. You should learn to manage your time instead of complaining about the shortage of time. We have given you the seven best tips to manage time more effectively. Stop crying about time and try these tips to manage it.
